The real question is whether the equipment will perform at the conditions in your building—and whether that performance has been verified. Infrared Heaters Are Situational
Infrared heaters also have a place, but it is narrower than many people assume. A high-bay warehouse, loading dock, or airplane hangar can make a strong case for infrared heating, because warming the whole air volume is wasteful and radiant heat reaches the people and the floor. An infrared heater is not a substitute for a complete building heating system in a typical office layout.
